What are MF Rights for Dixy Chicken?

MF Rights (Master Franchise Rights) are the Rights which allows you (MF) to recruit Franchisees in your specific territory. The MF purchases this territory from Dixy Chicken and then shares a defined percentage (as per agreement) of both the Franchisee fee and Royalty fee for each unit sold within the defined territory with Dixy Chicken (Franchisor).

Who is going to supply material for the franchisee shops in your country?

Dixy Chicken with the help and expertise of MF decide on suppliers within MF territory or supplies all the material directly.

Can Dixy supply ingredients to the shop in another country?

Companies which supply the material are international companies and already supply in most of the countries.

Do you provide the whole equipment as a package or we should buy equipment from different related suppliers?

The equipment available in Licensee's territory matches Dixy specifications we can come to an agreement where local supplier can be used.

Do you have any standards for decoration of shops?

We work closely in shop layouts and decoration and would provide all the assistance; the shops should be fitted as per Dixy specifications.

How much is the cost of the Master Franchise Rights?

It varies from country to country, it would be defined in initial talk.

Does the franchise cost includes your assistance with restaurant design & fit out, staff training, menu compilation, business marketing & management, recipe, etc?

The initial training and support would be provided to MF but for any rights MFA gives away they would be responsible; however all these points would be discussed in detail in the meeting prior to signing the agreement.
